Howdy folks! Tennessee Jed Fisher here!
I'd love to send you an autographed copy of New Beginnings!
New Beginnings is about starting over from scratch following the chaos of Covid and the end of a marriage. More importantly, it's about embracing possibility and trusting the universe to provide. When the world forces you to reset, why not seize the opportunity to reclaim a dream? My hope is that New Beginnings can provide a roadmap for those navigating the darkness in search of light and hope.

Recorded at Digital Underground Studio in Nashville, TN, New Beginnings was co-produced, engineered, mixed and mastered by banjo legend, Scott Vestal. His banjo work accompanies my vocals and acoustic guitar, along with an all-star band of bluegrass greats, including Mike Bub, Jason Carter, Deanie Richardson, Rob Ickes, Trey Hensley, Mark Schimick, James Seliga, Mason Via, Josh Shilling, and Jacob Burleson. More Grammy awards, nominations, and IBMA awards than you can shake a stick at!

New Beginnings is almost a concept album. It also happens to be my most personal and autobiographical work to date. All the songs were written by me with a couple of notable exceptions, including a remake of the Beatles classic, "Norwegian Wood" and the Eddie Rabbitt trucker tune, "Drivin' My Life Away." There is also one co-write with my buddy, Barney Rogers, writer of the 2020 IBMA Gospel Song of the Year, "Gonna Rise and Shine," as recorded by Alan Bibey & Grasstowne.

Original photographic artwork by yours truly, the album cover is a panoramic shot I took at Arches National Park in Utah. Down there in the lower left corner of the photo, you will notice the love of my life, Carrie! After the Covid lockdowns, we decided to stop wasting time. We made the decision to buy an RV and take our lives on the road full time. New Beginnings features the single, "House On Wheels," our RV love song. Other featured singles include the cautionary tale of "The World That Cried Wolf," and the title track, "New Beginnings."

The lyrics to the original songs are all printed on the inside cover of the CD. All graphics and layout for the liner notes by Brad Davis. Eco-friendly packaging means your disc will arrive in a resealable plastic envelope with only the single cardboard foldout. Because the envelope is resealable, I like to occasionally toss in an extra bonus. You never know what might be in there with the disc...

I am a seeker of truth, beauty, and kindness, and my fans are the most important thing to me. I manage this whole operation by myself, deciding to cut out the middle man and reach out to potential fans directly. I hope you'll check it out my music. I know you will enjoy it. Thanks for being a supporter of independent music!
